2 - 5 Year Plan
We are firmly committed to continual improvement and our strategic focus reflects this ambition. We have a 2 - 5 year plan which sets out our current priorities to ensure we develop students and staff across the academy:
- Engage with the community to establish and maintain supportive relationships that contribute positively to wider society
- Develop staff at all levels of the academy to progress and support other academies in our Trust
- To develop and deliver a world class curriculum that students enjoy and deepens and broadens their experience
- All students make at least positive progress and attain 5+ in all subjects by the end of Year 11
This plan is made up of a series of 'big moves' - projects that last 6-18 months that will change and develop over time.
