Louisa Burrows
Vice Principal and DSL
Louisa graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Mathematics back in 2016. Following this, she completed her teaching training through Teach First and began her career in education in a secondary school in Kent as a maths teacher.
Throughout the first few years of her career, Louisa led on a number of whole school initiatives developing outcomes in maths and ensuring that all students had access to a range of qualifications in core subjects to support their next steps.
Louisa joined Dixons in 2020 as the Assistant Head of Maths, moving into a leadership role as Director of Curriculum Phase in 2021. Throughout her time within the trust, Louisa has worked within multiple academies, most recently taking on Acting Vice Principal at Dixons Trinity Academy leading on culture, safeguarding and attendance.
Joining Dixons Kings Academy in 2025, Louisa serves as the designated safeguarding lead alongside overseeing community engagement and equality, diversity and inclusion.
