Charlotte Binns

Vice Principal

Charlotte trained to be a maths teacher through the Schools Direct Program in the Leeds Area in 2013. She became Assistant Head of Maths at a School in Bradford in 2015, focusing on improving KS3 progress in Maths.

Charlotte joined Dixons Kings Academy as Principal Teacher of Maths in 2016. She was responsible for improving the progress of disadvantaged and SEN pupils across the subject. She then became the Head of Maths in January 2018 and subsequently improved the maths outcomes by achieving a progress 8 score of +1.06 for Year 11 2018-19 results.

In her current role as Vice Principal, she leads on Teaching and Learning, Staff Induction, Professional Growth and Coaching.
