Karen Summers
PA to the Principal / Human Resources
Karen began working in education in 2009, working at Thornton Grammar School and Southfield Grange.
She began her career with Dixons at Dixons Allerton Academy in 2013 as Senior Administrator and Events Coordinator. Shortly after completing the Schools Administration Foundation Certificate, she progressed into the HR Administration role.
In 2015 Karen took on the role of HR assistant at Dixons Kings Academy, where she completed her CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications, which saw her move into the role of PA to the Principal, HR, and Cover Manager
