This is an excellent website to learn all of the vocabulary in the AQA GCSE specification. You can sign up for free and the website tests you on all of the vocabulary you need to know for the reading and listening exams.

The old version of the BBC Bitesize website has vocabulary guides, practice reading and listening questions on each of the topics you will be tested on in the reading and listening exams.
 
Spanish Revision
This website is free to use and has reading and listening practice questions for different topics covered in the reading and listening exams and each topic has an online exam to test yourself after you have completed the practice questions.
